Mwcc camps will never be the same without dear Will's lemon drizzle cake. I would say Will has made this cake for camp for about 15 years! One year someone who was assigned to bring the cake left it at home and they made the journey home to collect it as camp just wouldn't have been the same without it!! We will miss it so much and its going to be a hard act to follow. I fondly remember Will in a number of ways, when I was nanny for Joshua, Will and Eileen used to come over on a Monday and bring delicious treats. Home baking at its best! At Norreys church Will and I were on the 'welcoming ' rota together this would mean we would have to get to church early and welcome the church folks, which is all very well and good but together we pretty much managed to forget the date we were on! It became a joke between us who was actually going to make it on time. We spent many years on that rota together and I will definitely miss my welcome buddy. A very king and generous man who financially contributed to sending kids to camp, they will be forever grateful. W will all miss you ! God Bless Janet Elwood
